The rig cannot be controlled to a temperature lower than the room temperature, as the fan can only blow the air of room temperature into the rig. The balance of heating and cooling is used to achieve a controlled temperature. The rig temperature is increased by a constant heat fed into the rig, and decreased by a cooling fan. You will connect the hardware and design the software to implement the control system. Coursework Specification Phase 1 Closed Loop Control of Temperature 1.
